The CEO of Ndees Beauty, Rejoice Adaki a graduate of Business Administration from Bingham University, Nasarrawa State, is a beauty expert trained professionally in 2015 and she is up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and constantly bringing fresh and original ideas to her clients.
From cutting edge to classic beauty, Rejoice prides herself in customizing every makeup experience to her clients wants and/or needs. With a keen eye for colour and a firm understanding of the requirements of today's photographers, Rejoice uses the highest quality products and techniques to create a unique experience and perfect look for her clients.
Rejoice has ensured the training of about 15 to 20 ladies in her studio and she is still training more, ensuring that as manner as young ladies with the makeup passion are properly trained and skilled in the profession.
Her vision is simple, and that is to encourage and motivates those who have little or no self worth about themselves and who lack self esteem.
Talking about the need for government to come in, the Chief Executive and Owner of Ndees Beauty expressed concern that many ladies out there are interested in becoming a beauty entrepreneur but find it difficult to offset the training fee and product. She suggested that government can assist or partner by providing logistics for a workshop where interested individuals will be trained and provided with beauty kits. This will go a long way to empower these young enterprising ladies.
Talking about her passion and how she treats her client, she said, "Do what you love and love how you feel - that's my motto for life and work. I believe that feeling beautiful head-to-toe is just as important as having a job you love. That's how I approach every appointment and project and that's why I strive to offer every client the best quality, service and experience possible."
